Top House Group is a company set up in March 2019 with a vision to enhance the quality of property up to the highest industry quality standard. Our company provides defect inspection service for all types of building including residential, commercial and industrial. From new properties to sub-sale properties, we help the owner to identify and record down all the defects found for the overall condition of the property

Our team of certified QLASSIC inspectors with expertise in Quality Assurance/Quality Check, building construction, plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering will ensure that every inspection is done with highest precision and details. Our defect findings are based on the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2021) and Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB)
